PRESIDENT MESSAGE

Dear Osmania Campus MBA/ MBA (Tech), Ph D's

Some of the old students of Batch of 1974 comprising Jaysree, Hansraj & V Kumar decided to have an Alumni & on 15 Aug 1996 they went to Business Management department and formed Alumni Association by lighting a Candle.

After this we went & met Prof. Abbas Ali, Head Dept of Business Management about the formation of Alumni Association he felt that there is a need of starting an Alumni. He called for meeting of some old students to the department and the first Executive Committee was formed.

On 26 January 97 this Team organized first annual meet and it is still continuing. Since the introduction of MBA course about 5000 students have passed out but only 195 of them have joined the Alumni, which is named as Osmania Campus MBA Alumni Association, in short OCAMBAAA.

In the present environment the challenge lies in all our MBA’s have good networking and interacting regularly for enhancement of the Alumni and our Alma Mater.

Communication plays a vital role in our day-to-day activities and I feel Internet & e-mail has revolutionized in this arena as an effective good tool for exchange of our thoughts and ideas. Keeping this in view, we started a Web site Ocambaaa.com & opened an email: ocambaaa@gmail.com Hence I request my MBA colleagues to compulsory have email ID’s so that our communication & interaction of Alumni members will improve.

I have a great executive committee team and who are working to take this Alumnus a very active body. The present Team has planed to start News’s Bulletin in the name of “Alumni Therapy” for our membership and Honour a CEO, One of our MBA who have distinguished himself/ herself in their career.

I request our Osmania Campus MBA’s to join our OCAMBAAA if not members and also motivate & mobilize other friends to join these Alumni and make OCAMBAAA a great organisation

I request your support & co-operation by joining this Organisation and participating in its activities & request you to feel free to give suggestions for better networking & activities of OCAMBAAA.
